When designing learning spaces on broader leadership topics I like to include storytelling ability as a core competency of a people-leader. Over the years, I have built several curriculums on storytelling, with my favorite references being N. Duarte (Resonate) and G. Reynolds (The Naked Presenter).
Workbook Storytelling
Most of these programs were workshops and coachings, which are difficult to present here. However, my Storytelling Workbook is an accessible point of reference in this format.
Built as a follow-up instrument after storytelling basics workshops, it provides three types of exercises to be performed by a group of autonomous learners:
