Hello, I’m Michael

I am a Europe/Germany-based creative idealist, whole-minded designer, passionate educator and loving artist. I design spaces for people and ideas to grow.

My Passion Topics

I get excited by a multitude of topics and activities. The ones listed here are particularly dear to me and offer great ways of helping people move forward.

Design
Design

This craft goes way beyond making a flashy phone. To me, design is the process of planning out and creating something with the best possible outcome. This can be applied to anything from books to learning processes.

Learning & Development
Learning & Development

I believe growth of any kind is exciting and rewarding. Knowing how to leverage that can make all the difference when working with people.

Art

I believe that art and artists can be found anywhere. We all seek beauty and profound experiences; and art can provide us with that.

Story

For thousands of years the narrative pattern of story has persisted as probably the most effective way of getting your ideas across. No matter whether you’re talking to your best friend or an audience of 10.000 people.

Group Dynamics & Culture

Humans are social animals. The mechanics our interactions are based on have not changed in the last couple of thousand years. Knowing how to leverage them can not just drastically improve a team’s performance; it can impact people on a very personal level in their development.

Innovation

One of the truly great things about humans is our natural ability to create something completely new. This process is – to some extend – manageable.
